Exceeding conversion rate targets, my design decisions for this project were validated by research and testing conducted specifically to allow users to join a TV and broadband Sky subscription with no hassle.
Farro previously had two online website platforms, one for content inspiration and news articles and the low-down all things about the business and stores, then a second website for customers to shop online. The purpose of the new website that was launched in October 2021, was to bring these two together creating a seamless and easy to navigate experience for the customer to both shop online and view inspiration and store details.
